Pharmacy Vaccination Records

The WSMA believes that all practitioners or facilities that administer vaccines be required to report them to the Washington state immunization database. (Res B-9, A-18) (Reaffirmed A-24)

The WSMA support public policy requiring that pharmacies giving a vaccine to a patient provide notification to that patient’s primary care provider if that information is available. (Res C-17, A-19) (Reaffirmed A-25)
