For more than 125 years, the Washington State Medical Association has worked on behalf of physicians, patients, and the practice community in Washington state. Through the WSMA, physicians and physician assistants stand together
regardless of specialty to ensure patients have access to quality care and
to make our state the best place to practice medicine and to receive care.
In the About Us section you will find:

assistants from nearly all specialties and practice settings throughout
Who We Are
The WSMA is guided by a strategic plan, which outlines key priorities for
the association, areas of focus for its work, strategic goals, and
associated benchmarks. The WSMA’s strategic plan reflects the
association’s commitment to its members, which is to make a difference,
whether that’s by improving the practice environment, their professional
status, or the care they provide to patients and communities.
All legislative power of the WSMA is vested in the approximately 200
voting members of the WSMA House of Delegates.
