Teleparity
The WSMA supports legislation to require insurers/payers to reimburse
telemedicine services (including audio and video) provided to patients,
who have a prior established relationship with a particular practice,
comparable to that of in-person visits. The reimbursement should be
appropriate for the level of care provided. (Res C-15, A-23)
