Ensuring Inclusion of Physicians and Medical Students with Disabilities
The WSMA advocate for increased availability of context-appropriate
accommodations for medical students, physicians, and physician assistants
with disabilities, and provide advice specific to learning and working in
medicine (B-1, A-21) (Directive to Take Action); and BE IT FURTHER
The WSMA will develop educational materials, resources, toolkits for
accommodations for those with disabilities and disseminate them to medical
schools, training programs, and medical practices. (B-1, A-21)
