Attorney-Physician Relations
The WSMA supports the discussion of a patient's history, diagnosis,
treatment, and prognosis with the patient's lawyer with consent of the
patient or their legal representative. (Reaffirmed A-23)
The WSMA affirms that it is not improper for a physician to testify in
court or before a workmen's compensation board or the like in any personal
