Informed Consent, Rights of the Child

The WSMA supports the necessity of informed consent from the individuals seeking assisted reproduction; the parents should be informed that any child conceived by assisted reproduction is entitled to the rights of a child conceived naturally. (JC 2.04-87) (Amended A-23)
