Credentials Applications

The WSMA urges all medical staffs, hospitals, health plans, health insurers and all other organizations that credential physicians to modify clauses in their credentials applications to place a time limit of not greater than 3 years on the reporting by physicians of unsuccessful claims of professional negligence against them.
