Children
The WSMA supports the completion of universal coverage for all children in the state of Washington for a standard benefit package with reasonable payment levels, and supports the development of a system of outreach by the state and advocacy groups that assures that all children have coverage and stresses the need to access needed health services. The WSMA advocates for legislation that will provide health care benefits, including well-child, developmental and oral health care for all children to be provided at appropriate reimbursement rates.
