Children, Elderly Persons, Others at Risk
The WSMA supports and encourages physicians and other health care
providers to report suspected abuse of children and "vulnerable" adults.
Any person who in good faith makes a report and gives testimony in regard
to suspected abuse is immune from civil or criminal liability. (RCW 26.44;
