No Fault Medical Professional Liability Insurance

The WSMA, in the interest of maintaining an adequate medical workforce in Washington state and lowering the overall costs of medical care, supports initiating research and investigations into a no-fault medical professional liability insurance option with the purpose of sharing those findings with the WSMA membership.
