Children's Access Prevention (CAP)
The WSMA endorses and supports passage of Children's Access Prevention (CAP) legislation in the state of Washington to prevent children's access to firearms. Passage of this legislation by the state legislature is a high priority of the WSMA in the interest of the public health and of the children in this state. (EC Rpt A, A-96) (Reaffirmed A-17)
