Customer Service

Customer service is available to answer any of your questions Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. PST at (206) 441-9762. You can also email us at wsma@wsma.org.

Refund Policy

PRODUCTS

You may return new, unopened products sold within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price and applicable sales tax. (Shipping charges are not refundable). You can expect a refund within four weeks of product receipt by the WSMA.

PROGRAMS

Webinars are non-refundable.

SEMINARS

Cancellations received within five full business days prior to the seminar receive a full refund. Cancellations thereafter receive a refund less a $50 cancellation fee.

MEMBERSHIP DUES

Membership dues are non-refundable and apply to a single year of membership.

Delivery Method

All product orders are mailed via UPS Ground within 5 days of order receipt.

Privacy

What information do we collect?

We collect information from you when register on our site or fill out a form. When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name or email address. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.

What do we use your information for?

Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:

To improve customer service (your information helps us to more effectively respond to your customer service requests and support needs).

To process transactions. Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, with out your consent, other than for the express purpose or delivering the purchased product or service requested by the customer.

The email address you provide for order processing, may be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order, in addition to receiving occasional company news, updates, related products or service information, etc.

How do we protect your information?

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you access your personal information.

Do we use cookies?
