Registration is now available for the 2018 Legislative Summit, scheduled for Wednesday, Jan. 31, and is free for all WSMA members and members of the Medical Group Management Association of Washington State.

This January, don your white coat and join your colleagues at the Capitol for the WSMA Legislative Summit! Gain insight into how we translate our WSMA policy decisions into actual action with our state representatives—and make your voice heard by the people who are deliberating health care in Olympia by meeting with your legislators directly.

At the 2018 Summit, you will:

  • Hear some of the state’s top health care leaders give their perspectives on the landscape of health care in Washington and what they see going forward.
  • Find out which legislative and budget items the WSMA believes will benefit most from your support.
  • Receive coaching on how to meet with legislators and effectively deliver our message.

Lunch will be provided, followed by personal meetings with your legislators in the afternoon, as scheduled by WSMA staff.

And don't forget, if you have a white coat, wear it! The visual message of doctors united in support of the profession and their patients will be a powerful one.

Help us make our voice heard as we work to shape the future of medicine and advance quality care in Washington state. Register today for the 2018 WSMA Legislative Summit!
