Reminder: Resolutions for the 2026 House of Delegates Must Be Submitted Via New Online Form

The 2026 Annual Meeting of the WSMA House of Delegates will take place Sept. 26-27 at the Historic Davenport in Spokane. Starting this year, WSMA delegates are required to submit resolutions through a new online submission form, which will modernize and streamline resolution intake. Use the WSMA Resolution Submittal Form to submit your resolution. Read more about these changes here.

Your resolution may be submitted at any time throughout the year; however, if you’d like your resolution to be considered at the 2026 WSMA Annual Meeting in September, resolutions must be submitted and approved by WSMA prior to Aug. 27. Resolutions received after the deadline will require consent of two-thirds of the House at opening session to be considered. Call for volunteers: Serve on a reference committee

Volunteers are needed to serve on reference committees for the 2026 WSMA Annual Meeting, Sept. 26-27, at the Historic Davenport in Spokane. All members of the WSMA House of Delegates (delegates, alternates, and members of the board of trustees) are eligible to serve. Preference will be given to members who have previously attended a WSMA Annual Meeting. If interested, complete the reference committee application form.
