Tools That Do the Heavy Lifting: Connecting Patients to Resources with Technology

Join us Monday, Sept. 14, at noon for “Tools That do the Heavy Lifting: Connecting Patients to Resources with Technology,” the next session in our monthly webinar series from the WSMA Foundation and Help Me Grow Washington.
Finding trusted resources can be hard and time-consuming. Help Me Grow Washington, WithinReach’s flagship program, offers a full spectrum of supports to families across Washington state with young children. The Help Me Grow Washington Resource Finder is a public tool that can help physicians and their care teams search for the resources their patients need. Join Janna Houston, who supervises the Resource Directory team, as she dives into all the features the Resource Finder can offer. She will share the directory’s purpose and role in strengthening access to supportive services, while demonstrating key features that help community partners share essential food, health, and other basic need support. Participants will also gain an understanding of the directory’s Essential Services and Inclusion Policy, resource management practices, and the partnerships that help keep information current and comprehensive.
Only one registration is required for the whole series. The webinar series is designed for physicians from all specialties and allied health professionals. This activity has been approved for AMA PRA Category 1 CreditTM.
