WSMA Policy: Public Health: Translators/Interpreters

The WSMA urges physicians, hospitals, and other health care providers to develop skilled language services that can be utilized in working with non-English speaking patients in areas where the need exists. (Res 19, A-87) (Reaffirmed A-23)
