WSMA Policy: Insurance: Take-back Periods

The WSMA shall advocate for Washington State Office of the Insurance Commissioner rules that ensure that insurance company “take back” periods (aka “refund recoupments”) be no longer than the timely filing period. (Res C-4 A-23)
