WSMA Policy: Aging: Increasing Access to Mental Health Care for Older Adults

The WSMA supports measures, programs, and policies designed to decrease barriers to geriatric mental health care, including but not limited to:

1. Geriatric psychiatry workforce development.
2. Collaborative and integrative mental health services for older adults.
3. Telemedicine mental health services for older adults.
