The Physician Practice Helpline is available to help your practice run more efficiently while avoiding errors and ensuring that you receive accurate and appropriate payments. The helpline provides advisory services to resolve payment, coding or practice management issues.

The WSMA’s Physician Practice Helpline is a free service to member physicians and their practice staff. Non-members may access this service for a prepaid fee of $120 per month for three questions per practice per month. WSMA staff carry various certifications and vast experience, so we provide the most up-to-date information to help your practice succeed in this health care environment.
