Your Personal Leadership Style: The Key to Unlocking Versatility

The WSMA is excited to launch our latest leadership development training this January with Your Personal Leadership Style: The Key to Unlocking Versatility, the inaugural virtual session in our Leadership Seminars program.

About the seminar

You know you are some combination of Driver/Analytic/Expressive/Amiable, and you have already started using your personal style as a leadership tool. Join us for a refresher and "next steps" workshop to learn more about how to creatively modify your style and increase your interpersonal versatility as a leader.

What you'll learn

  1. Detail the principal characteristics of the four personality styles and understand your assessment of your own specific blended style
  2. Outline the types of interactions that can occur as these styles interact in clinical and patient care settings
  3. Demonstrate flexibility and skill in adapting to others' styles in a series of role plays moving from simple to complex interactions

About the Leadership Seminars

WSMA's Leadership Seminars are half- or full-day virtual courses designed to give you a deeper understanding and experience of topics covered in our popular Physician Leadership Course, with an emphasis on skill development and practical application of leadership principles using role-playing, demonstrations, and case studies.
