Wrongful Birth/Wrongful Life

The WSMA supports legislation modifying the 1982 Washington Supreme Court decision allowing parents to sue for wrongful birth and/or children to sue for wrongful life. (CHS Rpt D, A-84) (Reaffirmed A-23)
