Insurance Company Representative

The WSMA believes the history, diagnosis, prognosis, and the like acquired during the physician-patient relationship may be disclosed to an insurance company representative only if the patient or their lawful representative has consented to the disclosure. (JC 5.09-87) (Reaffirmed A-23)
