Opinions from WSMA Judicial Council
Opinions of the WSMA Judicial Council reflect the Association's position on a variety of medical ethical issues. This 64-page document contains all of the issues upon which the Judicial Council has opined. It also includes the Principles of Medical Ethics which have been adopted by the AMA and the WSMA.
The document contains opinions on 93 issues and is divided into eight sections which include Social Policy, Interprofessional Relations, Hospital Relations, Confidentiality, Fees and Charges, Records, Practice Issues, and Professional Rights and Responsibilities.
